GOTS certified organic cotton tidy bag. The perfect travel accessory.

This tidy bag does just that, contains and keeps organised any loose personal effects such as pens, lip balm, cables, hair ties, toiletries – the perfect bag for your bag.

The netted cotton fabric allows the bags contents to be part visible – ideal for travelling, you’ll find exactly what you need, when you need it!

Size: 25cm x 12cm x 5cm

Spinning

The journey starts with Sathya who has been working here over 2 years. She ensures that the loom operates correctly so the cotton yarn rolls onto the cones without any breakage.

Knitting

The next step, the fabric is made on a knitting machine. Raja, who has 2 years’ experience, is ensuring the fabric is woven correctly.

Cutting

Once the fabric has been made, it is cut. Ajith uses a pattern to ensure all the pieces are correct. Ajith will need to concentrate a lot when cutting this material as it is difficult to work with. Once he has cut all the pieces, he then passes them onto the sewing department.

Sewing

In the sewing department, Sundaram is seen here sewing the zip onto the cut pieces of fabric. He will then construct the rest of the tidy bag.

Quality Control

Once the tidy bags are constructed, the goods are then checked by Suganthi who ensures that they do not have any defects and trims any loose threads.

Packing

The last stage of the process is packing. Amudha can be seen here attaching our FSC certified hangtags to the product. She will ensure they are correct along with the barcodes and match as per customer requirements.

Use it on the go, at home or in the office to put all your stationary, wires and bits and bobs, or if you just go for a quick walk to the shop. A very handy bag!

    This was one of my favorite items I’ve eve bought off etsy! the quality is very good and will last a while. only thing that surprised me was the size, it was almost too big for a pencil case it still works well.

    This is so useful!! I use it to keep my smaller items together when travelling (cables, chargers etc. ) and it actually fits a lot more then it seems, When at home I use it as a washing bag for Bras. The quality is really good. I’ve been using it for over a year already and there is no wear&tear noticable yet.
